Background

It was decided at the June 2018 meeting of the LSCMMG that benperidol would be reclassified with a red RAG status pending confirmation with LCFT. It was confirmed with LCFT in August 2018 that benperidol is appropriate for a red RAG status (consultant initiation only within the LCFT LD service).
