Background
Botulinum toxin therapy is not routinely available for use within the NHS in Lancashire and South Cumbria except for the treatment of pathological conditions by appropriate specialists in cases such as (where locally commissioned):
- Frey’s syndrome
- Blepharospasm
- Cerebral palsy
